Refill Policy

  • The refill policy is no longer valid after 30 days from your purchase.
  • Refund requests cannot be made after 30 days under any circumstances.
  • Refills can only be sent to the original TikTok username used for the order. If you change your TikTok username, you won’t be eligible for a refund or refill.
  • If you’ve altered your username, a free refill cannot be provided. Your order will only be eligible for a refill when you revert to your original TikTok username.
  • If you’ve voluntarily unsubscribed from our services, you can contact our support team for assistance. Refund requests will not be accepted during this period.
  • Our 30-day refill policy has specific conditions. If you drop below the initial start count, you cannot request a refund.

TikTok Policy

  • You are not permitted to upload content that violates TikTok’s policies.
  • Posting content with nudity on TikTok using our services is strictly prohibited.

General Guidelines

  • While using our services, refrain from using any other source or website to purchase followers. Friends and giveaways are also not allowed for acquiring followers. You should exclusively use our services to claim refills within the agreed time frame.
  • Refills are provided based on the recorded start count, matching the quantity of ordered followers. You cannot request more than the recorded start count for refills.

Late Delivery

In certain cases, our services may deliver later than the estimated date shown on the website’s order page. This should be considered normal. If your order is not delivered on time, feel free to contact our support team for a suitable solution. However, late delivery does not qualify you for a refund.
